Responsibilities
- Assist clients through the buying, selling, and leasing process with professionalism and excellent customer service
- Negotiate offers and contracts to achieve favorable outcomes for clients
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns across digital platforms, social media, and traditional channels to promote listings and brand presence
- Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining client databases, and preparing legal documents in accordance with real estate law
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and vendors to ensure smooth transactions
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay informed about industry trends
- Organize open houses, property showings, and community events to attract potential buyers
- Support sales efforts by nurturing leads and following up with prospects
- Maintain organizational systems for documentation, listings, and client records
Experience
- Prior real estate administrative experience or sales background preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidates
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals effectively
- Excellent communication skills—bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus—enabling effective interaction with diverse clients
- Knowledge of real estate law and regulatory compliance is advantageous but can be learned on the job
- Proficiency in marketing strategies including social media management and digital advertising
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a passion for helping clients achieve their property goals

Pay: $48,037.34 - $157,851.42 per year
