About the Role
We are hiring a full time Real Estate Cold Caller to support our outbound calling operations. This role is focused on speaking with US based property owners, understanding their situation, and qualifying interest. You are not responsible for closing deals. Your job is to start conversations, gather information, and pass qualified opportunities to our acquisitions team.

This is a long term remote role with consistent hours and performance based upside.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to property owners using a provided dialer and script
• Speak professionally and confidently with US based contacts
• Ask questions to understand seller motivation and property details
• Qualify interest and pass strong leads to the acquisitions team
• Log call notes and outcomes accurately
• Maintain consistent daily activity during scheduled hours

Requirements

• Strong spoken English and clear phone communication
• Prior cold calling, telemarketing, or call center experience preferred
• Comfortable handling rejection and staying consistent
• Reliable internet connection, quality headset, and quiet workspace
• Organized, dependable, and coachable

Real estate experience is a plus but not required. Training and scripts are provided.

Compensation

• Monthly salary range: EGP 25,000 to EGP 38,000
• Performance based bonuses tied to qualified leads and deals
• Stable, long term opportunity with growth potential
