Role Overview

We are seeking ambitious and driven Commercial Real Estate Agents to join our expanding team in Dubai. As a Commercial Agent, you will specialize in helping clients buy, sell, and lease commercial properties — including offices, retail spaces, and warehouses — while building long-term client relationships and driving revenue growth.

This is a commission-based position.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing commercial properties across Dubai.
• Identify opportunities, generate leads, and build a strong commercial client base.
• Conduct property viewings and provide professional market insights.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with buyers, tenants, and landlords.
• Stay updated with Dubai’s commercial real estate trends, property values, and regulations.
• Work closely with the team to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional client service.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of experience in commercial or real estate sales.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in building a long-term career in Dubai’s dynamic commercial property sector.
• Experience in European or UK markets is a plus, especially for professionals eager to expand internationally.
