Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and multilingual Real Estate Consultant fluent in Arabic and Russian, with strong knowledge of local and international real estate markets. The ideal candidate will provide expert advice to clients on property investments, sales, and leasing opportunities, while ensuring seamless communication across diverse client bases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on real estate investment opportunities, property acquisition, and market trends.
• Conduct market research and provide analysis of current and future property values.
• Facilitate property viewings, negotiations, and transactions in Arabic, Russian, and English.
• Prepare detailed investment reports and feasibility studies.
• Assist in legal and regulatory processes related to property transactions.
• Build and maintain a portfolio of clients, including high-net-worth individuals and international investors.
• Translate and explain complex real estate documents and contracts to clients in their native language (Arabic or Russian).
• Represent the company at property expos, trade shows, and international events as needed.

✅ Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in real estate consulting, brokerage, or property sales (2+ years preferred).
• Fluent in Arabic, Russian, and English (spoken and written).
• Strong understanding of local and international real estate markets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and transactions efficiently.
• Familiarity with real estate CRM tools and market analysis platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with international investors.
• Knowledge of UAE, GCC, or Eastern European real estate markets (if applicable).
