Real Estate Consultant

We are expanding our team and seeking motivated Real Estate Consultants to work across Dubai’s most dynamic communities, offering clients exceptional property solutions. Riti Realty is a fast-growing real estate agency in Dubai with a proven record in property sales and leasing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the sales and leasing of residential properties (apartments, villas, penthouses, waterfront units).
• Handle property listings on portals such as Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder, etc.
• Conduct client meetings, property tours, and negotiations.
• Stay updated with market trends, rental rates, and community developments across Dubai.
• Prepare tenancy contracts and assist with property transfers in line with RERA requirements.
• Work with both company-provided leads and generate new leads through networking, referrals, and telesales.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months+ experience in residential real estate in Dubai.
• Strong knowledge of key Dubai communities and property types.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales-closing skills.
• Familiarity with Dubai real estate portals and RERA compliance.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and client-focused.
• UAE driving license preferred but not mandatory.
