Responsibilities:

* Gathering property details and coordinating the development of relevant marketing materials.

* Staying informed on the latest rules and regulations governing Dubai's residential property market.

* Conducting property valuations and participating in the process.

* Organizing and attending property viewings.

* Negotiating with potential buyers, tenants, sellers, and landlords from the viewing stage to the offer stage.

* Tracking the progress of sales and leases, collaborating with the Sales Progression and Home Move Advisory teams for support.

* Making follow-up calls to clients after each viewing to ensure satisfaction and address any questions.

* Keeping current with local market trends and property developments.

* Proactively generating new business opportunities through networking and the company's database.

Requirements:

* Preferred - UAE driving license

* Proficiency in English with excellent communication skills.

* Results-driven mindset with a passion for sales and client service.

* Real Estate Sales experience.

* Smart Business Dress is required.

* A commission-based role with highly rewarding earning potential.
