Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Consultant, located in Dubai. The real estate consultant will provide expert guidance and strategic advice on real estate transactions, property and land investments, and investment advice, buy-and-sell market opportunities within the UAE and the wider GCC region. The consultant will ensure clients receive professional and data-driven property insights that align with business objectives and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive market research and feasibility studies on real estate trends, pricing, and investment opportunities.
  • Advise clients on property acquisition, leasing, and development in accordance with UAE property laws and market conditions.
  • Manage end-to-end property transactions, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.
  • Prepare detailed reports and investment proposals backed by market analytics.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with developers, landlords, and government authorities (including Dubai Land Department and RERA).
  • Assess property values using market data, comparable analysis, and valuation techniques.
  • Support clients in negotiating deals that maximize profitability and minimize risks.
  • Keep updated with UAE real estate laws, DLD regulations, and property registration procedures.
  • Collaborate with marketing and management teams to promote property portfolios effectively.
  • Attend property events, exhibitions, and networking sessions to expand client reach.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Completion of the Dubai Land Department (DLD) qualification course (if granted).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the UAE real estate sector; additional GCC country experience is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret market data and financial figures accurately.
  • Representable personality with excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (additional language preferred, specifically Arabic).
  • In-depth knowledge of UAE property laws, RERA regulations, and documentation procedures.
  • Proven track record in sales, leasing, or property consultancy.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, for reporting and presentations.
