Real Estate Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, connect with, and build relationships with potential buyers, sellers, and investors.
• Present and showcase prime residential and commercial properties that meet clients’ preferences and investment strategies.
• Guide clients through the entire real estate process — from property search and negotiations to closing deals.
• Offer professional advice on market trends, property values, and investment opportunities within the UAE.
• Collaborate with legal, financial, and marketing teams to ensure compliance and effective transaction management.
• Negotiate terms of sales or purchases to achieve favorable outcomes for clients and the company.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, property listings, and sales activities in CRM systems.
• Stay current on the UAE real estate market, emerging trends, and regulatory changes.
• Represent Czar Properties at networking events, real estate expos, and community outreach programs.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in real estate sales or property consultancy in the UAE or similar dynamic markets.
• Deep understanding of the UAE property market, legal frameworks, and investment climates.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer-service orientation and ability to build trust with diverse clients.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple clients, and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and digital marketing tools.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
