Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with clients and investors to understand their property needs.
  • Lead Generation: Source and qualify leads through networking, cold calling, social media, and company-provided channels.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Handle the entire sales process—from initial contact to deal closure.
  • Property Viewings & Presentations: Conduct site visits, project briefings, and client presentations.
  • Market Expertise: Stay updated on Dubai’s real estate trends, pricing, legal regulations, and competitive landscape.
  • CRM Utilization: Use internal systems to manage leads, follow-ups, and client records efficiently.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, admin, and management teams to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Performance Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: Typically 1–3 years in real estate or sales, with preference for off-plan property experience.
  • Licensing: RERA certification is often required or preferred.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM platforms and online marketing tools.
  • Languages: English is essential; Arabic or other languages are a plus
