Property Consultant – Real Estate Sales & Leasing | Dubai

Location: Abu Hail, Dubai, UAE
Compensation: AED 1500 Monthly Allowance + Attractive Commission

About the Role

We are seeking experienced and motivated Property Consultants to join our dynamic team in Abu Hail & Business Bay. You will be responsible for managing sales and leasing transactions, generating leads, and building long-term client relationships across Dubai’s thriving real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, negotiate, and close property sales and leasing deals.
• Conduct property viewings and provide professional advice to clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors.
• Stay informed about Dubai real estate trends, regulations, and new developments.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Property Consultant / Real Estate Agent in the UAE.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused.
