Job Overview

Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking a knowledgeable and client-focused Real Estate Consultant to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the local property market and a proven ability to guide clients through the buying, selling, and leasing process with professionalism and integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on property transactions, including buying, selling, and leasing
• Conduct market research and stay informed about current property trends, pricing, and regulations in Abu Dhabi
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, developers, and investors
• Schedule and conduct property viewings, ensuring a high level of customer service
• Negotiate deals and manage documentation to ensure smooth and compliant transactions
• Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing efforts and client engagement
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and property listings using CRM tools

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate consulting or sales, preferably in the UAE
• Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s real estate market and legal framework
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle preferred
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic or other languages are an advantage
• RERA or similar certification is preferred
