Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Consultant, based in Cairo. Responsibilities include assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, identifying client needs and matching them with suitable properties, conducting market research, and negotiating deals and contracts. The consultant will also provide guidance and training to clients on real estate procedures and market trends.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in Real Estate and Real Property markets
• Exceptional Sales and Negotiation skills
• Experience in providing client Training and guidance
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to understand and meet client needs
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field (preferred)
• Proficiency in local real estate laws and regulations is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
