• Client Consultation : Understand client needs, preferences, and financial goals to recommend suitable properties.
• Property Transactions: Manage listings, conduct viewings, and oversee negotiations to ensure smooth deals.
• Market Research: Stay updated on property trends, pricing, and regulations to provide accurate advice.
• Networking: Build strong connections with developers, investors, and industry professionals.
• Marketing & Outreach: Create engaging property presentations, digital campaigns, and promotional materials to attract buyers and renters.
• After-Sales Support: Provide ongoing assistance to clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering repeat business.
• Lead Management - Generate leads and Manage them.
• Female candidates preferred.
• This is only on commission basis.

• Knowledge to work in excel and ms office is required
