Job Overview

Grand Palatine Properties LLC is urgently hiring a Real Estate Consultant to manage lead generation, property viewings, negotiations, and end-to-end sales transactions in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle company and own leads
• Conduct viewings, negotiate, and close deals
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Handle documentation, CRM updates, and reporting

Requirements

• 2–3 years of real estate experience in Dubai
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Good knowledge of Dubai property market & RERA rules
• English required; additional languages are a plus
• UAE Driving License preferred
