Requirements:

* Strong communication and negotiation skills

* Sales-oriented mindset with a passion for real estate

* Ability to build and maintain client relationships

* Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is an advantage

* Professional, self-motivated, and goal-oriented

* RERA certification (preferred but not mandatory)
