Real Estate Consultant

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Real Estate Consultants to join our growing sales team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy client interaction, have a passion for sales, and want to build a long-term career in real estate. Fresher with at least 6 months of experience are also welcome to apply.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle inquiries from interested clients and guide them about the project.
• Build strong relationships with buyers and investors through regular follow-ups.
• Conduct model briefing and site visits.
• Assist clients with booking, documentation, and coordination until deal closure.
• Maintain client data and sales progress using CRM or internal systems.
• Achieve monthly sales targets with team support and guidance.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience: 2–5 years in sales, real estate, or customer facing roles.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
• Good verbal communication and basic negotiation skills.
• Confidence in dealing with clients (training will be provided).
• Self motivated, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
• Basic understanding of the local property market.
