The Role
- Prospecting and cultivating client relationships in the market. • Documenting all customer contact activities into the CRM system and reporting to Executive Management on a weekly basis all activities, outcomes and having a strong ability to integrate data on the CRM to align Enterprise strategy, business strategy and real estate strategy and solutions. • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails; • Preparation of Quarterly Summary Reports, and other tasks required to manage the overall relationship with the customer • Meeting with customers to maintain strong customer relationships • Learning and maintaining in depth knowledge of the local commercial real estate market • Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales; • Gathering market and customer information; • Representing Company projects at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations; • Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers; • Challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy; • Advising on forthcoming project developments; • Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the customer service department, or entering figures into a computer system; • Reviewing sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets; • Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations; • Feeding future buying trends back to employers; • Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration/management. • 3-5 years of Real Estate , 2 years Experience Real Estate in Riyadh • Develop and communicate messages to appropriate audiences, track and manage progress, and deliver consistent results • Strong presentation skills and an effective leadership presence • Ability to understand and solve diverse and complex issues • Good communication skills • Very good English • Riyadh Residence
