Senior Property Consultant

Position Overview

The Senior Property Consultant is responsible for representing residential developments to prospective buyers and investors, conducting presentations, managing client relationships and guiding customers through the reservation and purchase process.

The role requires strong sales ability, excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience from initial enquiry through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Present residential properties and developments to prospective buyers and investors.
  • Conduct sales presentations and consultations.
  • Assist clients with unit selection, pricing structures and payment plans.
  • Generate and convert leads into reservations and sales.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective purchasers.

Client Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Provide professional advice and guidance throughout the purchasing journey.
  • Respond promptly to enquiries and client requests.
  • Ensure a high standard of customer service at all times.
  • Maintain regular communication with prospective and existing clients.

Showroom & Site Presentations

  • Conduct showroom tours and property presentations.
  • Explain project features, specifications and community benefits.
  • Organise and participate in site visits.
  • Deliver a professional and engaging customer experience.

Administration & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate client records and CRM data.
  • Prepare reservation documentation and sales reports.
  • Coordinate with legal, finance and customer service teams.
  • Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in real estate sales or property consultancy.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is advantageous.
  • Experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
