Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Senior Sales Agent – Off-Plan & Secondary Real Estate market to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of at least 2 years in off-plan property sales, strong closing abilities, mortgage knowledge, and excellent client relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell off-plan & secondary properties across Dubai.
  • Handle client inquiries, conduct meetings, and present tailored property solutions.
  • Advise clients on payment plans, financing options, and mortgage processes.
  • Generate leads and follow up through company systems and networking.
  • Conduct property presentations, site visits, and property tours.
  • Negotiate and close deals to consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in off-plan & secondary property sales.
  • Strong knowledge of mortgage processes and financing options.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle are a plus.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
