Job Title: Secondary Market Real Estate Specialist (Area-Specific)

Job Description: We are seeking experienced, disciplined real estate professionals to join our Secondary Market Sales Team. We believe in the power of specialization: you will be the dedicated Area Expert for a single high-demand community, mastering the art of listing and closing within your territory.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of secondary market experience in Dubai (Mandatory).
• Transportation: Valid UAE Driving License and own car (Preferred).
• Licensing: RERA certification (Highly Preferred).
• Focus: Commitment to focusing only on one specific area.
• Skills: Proven track record in "Direct to Landlord" listings and Form A signings.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Activity: 60–80 daily calls (outreach and follow-ups).
• Viewings: 2–3 qualified viewings per day within your focus area.
• Listings: Minimum 2–3 "Verified" listings per week.
• Conversion: 2–4% benchmark from lead to SPA.
• Revenue Target: AED 90,000 – AED 120,000 monthly (Gross commission).
• Reporting: Daily CRM updates and activity logs are non-negotiable.
