About the Role:

We're seeking an experienced and licensed Real Estate Consultant to join our team in Dubai. As a Real Estate Consultant, you will be responsible for facilitating property transactions, building client relationships, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.

2. Property Sales: Negotiate and facilitate property transactions, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.

3. Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on Dubai's real estate market trends, laws, and regulations.

4. Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding your client base.

5. Marketing and Promotion: Utilize various marketing channels to promote properties and your services.

6. Documentation and Compliance: Ensure all transactions are properly documented and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

1. Real Estate Consultant License: Valid license from the Dubai Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) or equivalent.

2. Experience: Preferably 2-3 years of experience in real estate brokerage. Fresh candidates in real estate industry with prior sales experience in any other industry are also encouraged to apply.

3. Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of Dubai's real estate market, laws, and regulations.

4. Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

5. Client Focus: Strong client-centric approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
