Job Overview:
Brickshomez Real Estate is seeking ambitious and sales-driven Real Estate Agents to specialize in selling properties from top developers in the UAE. This role is ideal for individuals who want to maximize earnings through high-value property sales and build strong client networks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads for property sales (primary market only)
- Promote and sell properties from top UAE developers
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings
- Understand client investment goals and recommend suitable projects
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors and buyers
- Negotiate and close high-value property deals
- Stay updated on new project launches, pricing, and market trends
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
Requirements:
- Experience in real estate sales or direct sales (preferred)
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated mindset
- Knowledge of UAE property developers and projects is an advantage
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
- Ability to work independently and manage client pipelines
