Job Overview:

Brickshomez Real Estate is seeking ambitious and sales-driven Real Estate Agents to specialize in selling properties from top developers in the UAE. This role is ideal for individuals who want to maximize earnings through high-value property sales and build strong client networks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify leads for property sales (primary market only)
  • Promote and sell properties from top UAE developers
  • Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings
  • Understand client investment goals and recommend suitable projects
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with investors and buyers
  • Negotiate and close high-value property deals
  • Stay updated on new project launches, pricing, and market trends
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets

Requirements:

  • Experience in real estate sales or direct sales (preferred)
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated mindset
  • Knowledge of UAE property developers and projects is an advantage
  • Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
  • Ability to work independently and manage client pipelines
