ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are a growing real estate company in Dubai urgently seeking a driven, well-spoken, and camera-confident Real Estate Sales Agent to join our team immediately.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Prospect and generate leads through calls, referrals, networking, and digital platforms

* Conduct property viewings and present off-plan and ready projects to buyers and investors

* Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified clients

* Negotiate and close deals while delivering an exceptional client experience

* Appear in company-produced social media content — property tours, market updates, reels, and live sessions

* Build your personal brand online with full creative and video support from our in-house team

* Stay up to date on Dubai's property market, new launches, payment plans, and developer offerings

* Follow up consistently with all leads, prospects, and past clients

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

* Proficient in English — excellent spoken and written communication is essential

* Knowledge of any additional language is a strong advantage (Arabic, Hindi, Russian, Mandarin, French, or any other)

* Comfortable on camera and willing to build an active presence on social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn)

* Sales-driven with a strong desire to meet and exceed targets

* Presentable, professional, and genuinely great with people

* Self-motivated and able to work independently

* Prior experience in real estate or sales is preferred

* Must be based in UAE or willing to relocate immediately
