Real Estate Consultant

PSI Assets is looking for dynamic, motivated, and result-oriented Real Estate Consultants to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about real estate, possess strong communication and negotiation skills, and are eager to build a successful career in the UAE real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties.
• Generate and follow up on leads through calls, networking, referrals, and company-provided leads.
• Conduct property viewings and provide professional consultation to clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, buyers, investors, and tenants.
• Understand clients’ requirements and match them with suitable properties.
• Negotiate property deals and close sales successfully.
• Stay updated with market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in CRM systems.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE real estate regulations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in real estate sales or property consulting is preferred.
• Freshers with strong sales skills and passion for real estate are welcome to apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident personality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
• UAE driving license is preferred.
