We are currently seeking dynamic and driven Property Consultants to join our team. If you are passionate about real estate, and thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements and guiding them to suitable properties.
• Stay updated on Dubai’s real estate market trends, including secondary, off-plan, and rental opportunities.
• Provide professional consultations to clients on available properties, pricing, payment plans, and investment potential, in line with RERA and DLD regulations.
• Identify and generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities.
• Conduct property viewings and present suitable options based on client needs.
• Negotiate deals and terms, ensuring client satisfaction while achieving sales targets.
• Assist clients with documentation and guide them through the full transaction process.
• Work closely with marketing and administrative teams to maximize exposure and streamline operations.

Requirements:

• Experience in fast-moving sales environments such as automotive, luxury retail, airlines, insurance, or customer service
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with professional English (additional languages are an advantage)
• Based in Dubai or planning to relocate within 1–3 months
• Financial stability is essential, as this is a commission-based role — we recommend having 3–4 months of savings
• UAE driving license and own car preferred
