Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Consultant to join our sales team in Bahria Town Lahore. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate sales, preferably in high-rise residential or commercial projects. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage leads for high-rise residential and commercial projects.
• Conduct property presentations, site visits, and project briefings for clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers and investors.
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable investment options.
• Follow up with prospects and convert inquiries into sales.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay updated on market trends, project developments, and competitor activities.
• Coordinate with the marketing and management teams to maximize sales opportunities.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in high-rise projects.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in social media lead generation and client handling is a plus.
• Professional appearance and customer-focused approach.
