Position Overview

The primary objective of this role is to streamline the sales and operational workflows of Glosix Properties while actively contributing to the brand’s value and market presence. You will be the face of the company for our clients, ensuring a professional and high-value experience from initial contact to deal closure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Lead Management: Identify potential buyers/investors and manage the full sales lifecycle to meet monthly targets.
  • Operational Streamlining: Assist in optimizing daily sales operations and client management processes to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Brand Building: Act as a brand ambassador to enhance Glosix Properties' reputation within the DHA real estate community.
  • Client Relations: Conduct property briefings, site visits, and negotiations with high-net-worth individuals.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on DHA property trends, pricing, and new developments to provide expert advice to clients.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: Proven track record in real estate sales, insurance, or luxury retail (Lahore market experience preferred).
  • Communication: Fluent in Urdu and English with excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Professionalism: A strong sense of ethics and a commitment to building long-term brand value.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to maintain lead databases and use basic digital tools for sales tracking.
  • Proactive Attitude: Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs40,000.00 per month
