Real Estate Consultant

Job Summary

We are a fast-growing real estate brokerage in Dubai specializing in residential and commercial sales, leasing, and off-plan properties. We are looking for motivated, ambitious, and target-driven Real Estate Consultants to join our expanding team and build a rewarding career in Dubai's dynamic property market.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital platforms.
• Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct property viewings and provide professional market advice.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors.
• Negotiate offers and close property transactions.
• Keep up to date with Dubai real estate market trends and pricing.
• Manage property listings on portals such as Bayut, Property Finder, and Dubizzle.
• Achieve monthly sales and leasing targets.
• Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• Previous sales or real estate experience is preferred (Freshers with strong sales skills are encouraged to apply).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage).
• UAE driving licence is preferred but not mandatory.
• RERA certification is an advantage.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
