Real Estate Consultant (Arabic Speaker - Female - Commission Based)

We are seeking a motivated Real Estate Consultant (female candidate) to join our team. You will be responsible for generating leads, advising clients, conducting property viewings, and closing deals while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage leads through calls, WhatsApp, referrals, and portals
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
• Handle off-plan and secondary market transactions
• Conduct property viewings and client meetings
• Negotiate offers and close deals successfully
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
• Build long-term relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors
• Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends

Requirements

• Experience in Dubai real estate is an advantage
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven personality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
