We are expanding our international team and seeking a Mandarin-speaking Real Estate Consultant to support our growing Chinese client portfolio.

Role Overview

As a Real Estate Consultant, you will guide clients through the process of buying, selling, and investing in Abu Dhabi properties. You will act as a trusted advisor, build long-term relationships, and represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate with professionalism and integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert real estate consultation to Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Manage property inquiries, conduct viewings, and present suitable options based on client needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.
• Stay updated on Abu Dhabi real estate trends, new developments, and market conditions.
• Negotiate offers and close deals while ensuring a smooth client experience.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and follow company processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, administration, and sales.
• Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and client meetings when required.

Requirements

• Fluency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
• Previous experience in real estate, sales, or customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and a client-focused mindset.
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a car (preferred).
• Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is an advantage; training will be provided.
