Role Overview

We are seeking a Mandarin-speaking Real Estate Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support Chinese-speaking clients, provide expert guidance on property opportunities, and manage the full sales or leasing process with professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Mandarin-speaking clients with property inquiries, viewings, negotiations, and transactions
• Promote and sell residential and investment properties across Abu Dhabi
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and property owners
• Provide accurate information on market trends, pricing, and available opportunities
• Manage leads, maintain an active pipeline, and follow up consistently
• Prepare property presentations, proposals, and required documentation
• Stay updated on new developments, communities, and market changes

Qualifications and Requirements

• Fluency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
• Proven experience as a Real Estate Consultant or similar role
• Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is preferred
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
• Professional appearance and strong customer-service mindset
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
• RERA certification is an advantage
