We’re hiring: Real Estate Consultant – Off Plan 

📍 Location: Single Business Tower, Business Bay, Dubai

Kredium is an international real estate and mortgage brokerag e with teams across the UAE, Serbia, and the US. We’re looking for Real Estate Agents to join our Dubai team, specializing in off-plan sales. As the Master Agency for Skyline Developers , we offer our agents exclusive access to premium projects in JVC , giving you a competitive edge and unmatched inventory in one of Dubai’s fastest-growing communities.

This is a chance to work with international clients, access strong marketing support, and grow in a modern, tech-enabled brokerage environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell off-plan projects from leading Tier 1 and Tier 2 developers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and investment partners.
• Advise clients on suitable projects based on their investment goals and financial capabilities.
• Stay informed on current and upcoming project launches, payment plans, and developer offerings.
• Conduct property presentations, site tours, and client meetings to showcase available projects.
• Negotiate terms and close deals while ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the marketing and admin teams to generate and convert qualified leads.
• Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities and client communications in the CRM.
• Continuously develop market knowledge to identify emerging trends and opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in Dubai’s real estate market
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Fluency in French, Spanish, Persian, German, Turkish or Mandarin (additional languages are a plus)
• Results-driven, proactive, and client-focused
• UAE driving license (preferred)
