Real Estate Consultant – Secondary Market (Sharjah)

Job Description:

We are hiring motivated Real Estate Sales Agents to join our Sharjah secondary market team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Sharjah communities, ready properties, and the ability to close deals independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle secondary market sales (ready apartments, villas, and commercial units) across Sharjah
• Generate leads through calls, networking, referrals, and company‑provided platforms
• Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers between buyers and sellers
• Maintain strong relationships with landlords, investors, and clients
• Stay updated on Sharjah real estate regulations, pricing, and market trends

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year UAE real estate experience (Sharjah experience preferred)
• Candidates with a valid UAE driving license will be given preference.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
