Real Estate Content Creator

Role Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic, camera-confident Real Estate Content Creator who can conceptualize, script, and appear in compelling video content to drive awareness, engagement and leads. The ideal candidate is also familiar with AI content tools like HeyGen, ElevenLabs, and other generative AI platforms to scale and localize content efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and feature in engaging short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) showcasing real estate projects, investment returns, and lifestyle benefits.
• Use AI platforms like HeyGen to generate localized videos in multiple languages.
• Use ElevenLabs to create multilingual voiceovers & narrations as needed.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to ideate content that builds trust and drives conversion.
• Write engaging scripts and coordinate with video editors and graphic designers.
• Produce testimonial-style, walk-through, and influencer-led content to humanize the brand.

Must-Have Skills:

• Confident on-camera presence with clear and engaging delivery.
• Experience using AI video tools (HeyGen, Synthesia) and AI voice tools (ElevenLabs, Descript).
• Working knowledge of platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube.
• Strong scripting, content planning, and storytelling skills.
• Real estate or investment content experience preferred.
• Portfolio of AI-generated or multilingual video content.
• Language fluency in Arabic, or Russian.
• Strong editing basics using tools like CapCut, or Adobe.
• Owns a car & has a driving license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED12,000.00 per month
