Real Estate Coordinator

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Real Estate Coordinator to support property operations, client relations, and administrative processes. This role requires strong organizational skills, real estate knowledge, and the ability to coordinate effectively between clients, agents, and management.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate property listings, viewings, and client appointments.
• Maintain accurate records of property transactions and documentation.
• Liaise with agents, clients, and landlords to ensure smooth operations.
• Support marketing initiatives and promotional activities for properties.
• Prepare contracts, agreements, and reports for management review.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar’s real estate regulations and company policies.
• Handle client inquiries and provide guidance on property options.
• Assist in financial tracking related to property rentals and sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in real estate coordination or property management.
• Strong knowledge of real estate practices, contracts, and compliance standards.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and real estate management software.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in fast-paced environments.
• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
