Job Description:
Capital Group Investments Realty LLC is seeking a motivated and organized Real Estate & Development Administrative Coordinator to support daily operations for a growing company involved in real estate investment, residential development, property sales, and business administration.
This hybrid position combines remote administrative duties with occasional in-person coordination in the Port Charlotte area.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally. Respond to real estate leads and investor inquiries.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and property showingsMaintain files, contracts, receipts, invoices, and business recordsCoordinate payments, invoices, and communication with contractors and trades.
Assist with advertising follow-up and lead management.
Support lot development projects through scheduling and document tracking.
Prepare spreadsheets, reports, and general office correspondence.
communicate with vendors, clients, and service providersAssist management with day-to-day operations and administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
Previous administrative or office experience preferredStrong communication and customer service skillsOrganized, reliable, and detail-orientedComfortable using Microsoft Office / Google WorkspaceReal estate, bookkeeping, or construction administration experience is an assetAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
