Position Overview

Tahoe Real Estate Sales LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Real Estate Coordinator to support daily operations, property transactions, and client communications. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination between agents, clients, property owners, and administrative teams while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism in all real estate processes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Transaction Coordination

  • Manage and track all stages of real estate transactions from listing to closing
  • Prepare, review, and organize contracts, agreements, and required documentation
  • Coordinate with agents, clients, legal advisors, and financial institutions

2. Client & Agent Support

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and updates
  • Assist real estate agents with scheduling property viewings and meetings
  • Ensure timely communication between all parties involved in transactions

3. Listing Management

  • Maintain accurate property listings across internal systems and marketing platforms
  • Update property details, pricing, availability, and status changes
  • Ensure listing compliance with company standards and local regulations

4. Administrative Coordination

  • Maintain organized filing systems for contracts and property records
  • Schedule appointments, inspections, and property showings
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and market summaries

5. Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure all transactions comply with real estate laws and company policies
  • Verify completeness of documents before submission or closing
  • Track deadlines and ensure timely completion of required tasks

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field (preferred)
  • Previous experience in real estate administration or coordination role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and real estate CRM systems
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
