Core Duties

* Lead the assigned team s performance and business development through effective portfolio management
* Act as the primary point of contact for real estate corporate clients, delivering solutions and addressing service issues
* Monitor risk exposure and ensure timely credit renewals and compliance with audit standards
* Grow portfolio revenues by cross-selling banking solutions including GFM and GTB products
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve service-related concerns proactively
* Maintain zero-expiry status across the assigned portfolio and ensure customer documentation is up to date
* Conduct credit reviews, risk assessments, and monitor non-performing loans to stay below 4%
* Provide in-depth credit appraisals and support financial modelling efforts
* Prepare client presentations and reports, ensuring accurate and timely communication
* Adhere to all internal policies and regulatory requirements in operational and documentation procedures
* Coordinate with internal departments to enhance overall client servicing and solution delivery

Candidate Requirements

* Bachelor's or Master s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
* Professional accounting qualification is a plus
* Prior experience in real estate corporate relationship management or credit-focused banking roles
* Strong understanding of credit analysis, financial statements, and regulatory frameworks
* Skilled in communication, problem-solving, and team management
* Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
* Familiarity with feasibility reports and appraisal techniques
* Arabic language skills are preferred but not required
