The Opportunity
One Global Realty LLC is appointing a Real Estate Data Analyst to drive our market intelligence operations in Al Khor. As the Qatar property market continues to evolve, we require a professional who can convert raw market data into strategic investment insights. This role is essential for our acquisition and portfolio management teams, providing the statistical foundation for our high-value real estate transactions.

Strategic Contribution

• Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive analysis into Al Khor and Doha property trends, including rental yields, occupancy rates, and capital appreciation metrics.
• Investment Modeling: Develop financial models to assess the viability of new acquisitions and commercial developments.
• Comparative Valuation: Maintain a comprehensive database of historical sales and listing data to provide accurate "Highest and Best Use" (HBU) analysis for our stakeholders.
• Portfolio Reporting: Prepare quarterly performance briefings for the executive board, highlighting risks and emerging opportunities within the regional real estate sector.

Professional Profile

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Data Analysis, specifically within the Real Estate or Property Development industry.
• Expert command of Excel (VBA/Macro level) and specialized real estate valuation software.
• Strong understanding of the Qatar real estate legal framework and the Al Khor municipal landscape.
• Degree in Finance, Real Estate, or Economics is highly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

• Fixed Monthly Salary: QAR 28,000.
• Full company sponsorship, medical insurance, and residency processing.
• Annual leave passage and flight allowance as per Qatar Labor Law.
