Real Estate Developer (BDM)

Job Purpose

To generate, manage, and convert sales opportunities for the company’s real estate projects through direct client engagement and strategic broker/channel partner relationships. The role focuses on maximizing revenue, ensuring excellent customer experience, and strengthening the company’s market presence.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development

  • Promote and sell the company’s real estate projects to end-users, investors, and institutional clients.
  • Identify, generate, and qualify new leads through direct sales, referrals, and broker networks.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, site visits, and property tours to drive conversions.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Channel/Broker Management

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokerage firms and channel partners.
  • Train, guide, and motivate brokers on project details, pricing, and sales strategies.
  • Monitor broker performance and support them to maximize sales closures.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build long-term relationships with clients and investors to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Provide professional consultation and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Marketing, CRM, Finance, Oqood, etc.) to ensure smooth transactions and documentation.

Market Intelligence

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Identify new business opportunities and recommend strategies to expand market reach.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of real estate sales experience, preferably with a property developer.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic or additional languages is an advantage).
  • Goal-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated personality.
  • UAE driving license preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
