Role Summary
The CEO will provide strategic leadership for the real estate development business, overseeing growth, profitability, project delivery, and long-term business expansion. The role is responsible for guiding the company from land acquisition through development, execution, sales, and post-delivery performance, while maintaining strong stakeholder and regulatory relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the company’s long-term vision and growth strategy.
- Oversee the full real estate development lifecycle, including land acquisition, planning, design, construction, and delivery.
- Own overall P&L performance, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and profitability.
- Lead fundraising, investor relations, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.
- Manage sales, marketing, business development, and market expansion initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with local laws, zoning rules, permits, and relevant real estate regulations.
- Build and lead senior teams across development, finance, operations, legal, sales, and HR.
- Represent the company with investors, regulators, government bodies, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 10–15+ years of senior leadership experience in real estate development or a related industry.
- Proven track record in large-scale property development, project execution, and business growth.
- Strong financial acumen, including capital allocation, fundraising, and profitability management.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and decision-making skills.
Pay: QAR125.00 - QAR170.00 per hour
