Real Estate Developer - CEO

Role Summary

The CEO will provide strategic leadership for the real estate development business, overseeing growth, profitability, project delivery, and long-term business expansion. The role is responsible for guiding the company from land acquisition through development, execution, sales, and post-delivery performance, while maintaining strong stakeholder and regulatory relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the company’s long-term vision and growth strategy.
  • Oversee the full real estate development lifecycle, including land acquisition, planning, design, construction, and delivery.
  • Own overall P&L performance, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and profitability.
  • Lead fundraising, investor relations, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.
  • Manage sales, marketing, business development, and market expansion initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with local laws, zoning rules, permits, and relevant real estate regulations.
  • Build and lead senior teams across development, finance, operations, legal, sales, and HR.
  • Represent the company with investors, regulators, government bodies, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10–15+ years of senior leadership experience in real estate development or a related industry.
  • Proven track record in large-scale property development, project execution, and business growth.
  • Strong financial acumen, including capital allocation, fundraising, and profitability management.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and decision-making skills.

Pay: QAR125.00 - QAR170.00 per hour
