Real Estate Development Project Manager

We are looking for a Development Project Manager to join our team. As Project Manager you will be an important part of our development team. To be successful as a Project Manager, you will need to be able to work on tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment, keep projects well organized, and have outstanding communication skills. You will be working closely with various internal departments and external entities to ensure a smooth and timely execution of project tasks.

The Development Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing development projects from concept through completion. This role oversees schedules, budgets, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational objectives. The ideal candidate combines strong project management discipline with deep understanding of the development lifecycle and multi-jurisdictional approvals.

Seeking someone who can multitask, is a self-starter and has the ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve and anticipate potential issues on multiple projects at a time.
