We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Senior Sales Manager to join our real estate development division. The ideal candidate will have 8–10 years of proven success in the Dubai property market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies aligned with the company’s development and revenue objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, property owners, and brokerage partners.
- Evaluate market conditions and identify new business opportunities.
- Manage all sales transactions professionally and ensure full compliance with Dubai real estate laws and RERA regulations.
- Lead negotiations and finalize sales agreements to secure successful closings.
- Prepare and review sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses for management.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to support lead generation efforts and enhance overall brand visibility.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- 8–10 years of solid experience in sales within the UAE real estate market.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate regulations and RERA compliance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
- Valid UAE driving license.
