Location: Beverly Hills, CA
Full-Time | 2-Year Contract Position
Salary: $60,000 per year (approx. $28.85/hr) + $500 bonus per signed location

GoldUnion is an international leader in the precious metals industry, expanding rapidly across the United States. With 50+ new retail locations planned for 2026, we are actively growing our real estate and development team to support this nationwide rollout.

We are seeking a highly experienced Real Estate Development Specialist to identify, evaluate, and secure new retail locations. This position plays a critical role in GoldUnion’s expansion strategy and requires strong market knowledge, negotiation expertise, and the ability to drive projects from site search through signed lease.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and evaluate prospective retail locations across targeted markets
• Conduct market research and assess site viability, including traffic patterns, competition, and demographics
• Negotiate lease terms and work directly with landlords, brokers, and property managers
• Lead the full leasing process from initial outreach through signed agreements
• Collaborate with leadership to align site selection with expansion goals
• Track pipeline status, deadlines, and required documentation
• Build and maintain relationships with commercial real estate contacts and regional partners
• Travel as needed to source, evaluate, and secure new locations

What We’re Looking For

• Extensive experience identifying, evaluating, and securing retail or commercial locations
• Proven track record of negotiating and signing leases
• Strong understanding of commercial real estate markets, zoning, and site planning
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple markets, and meet aggressive timelines
• High professionalism, confidentiality, and ownership of results
