JOB DESCRIPTION FOR Facebook And Google Ads Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facebook Ads And Google Ads Expert to join our team. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing Google ads And Facebook ad campaigns to drive effective leads, generate sales, and increase brand awareness for our Real Estate Industry.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement comprehensive Facebook ad And Google Ads strategies aligned with real estate marketing And Generate Effective Leads for the projects to increase sales, Objectives and business goals and target audience profiles

sign and create compelling ad creatives (images, videos, and copy) that resonate with the target audience.

· Set up and manage Facebook ad campaigns within the Facebook Business Manager platform.

· Stay current with the latest Facebook And Google advertising trends, best practices, and platform updates.

· Continuously experiment with new ad formats and strategies to stay ahead of the curve.

· Develop and implement social media strategies to build brand awareness, engage with target audiences, and drive leads for real estate projects.

· Build and maintain a strong online presence for the company, fostering a positive brand image.

· Collaborate with the marketing team and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on marketing objectives and strategies.

· Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in real estate marketing.

Qualifications:

· Education :

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

· Experience:

4 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing with leads generation, with a strong focus on Google And Facebook Ads and social media marketing.

· Real Estate Industry Knowledge:

Proven experience working in or with real estate companies is highly desirable.

· Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Google And Facebook Ads

Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹70,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
