Due Diligence

• Conducting comprehensive title due diligence for land and built-up assets
• Reviewing ownership records, encumbrances, land use, approvals, and ongoing litigation
• Preparing legal risk reports with actionable recommendations
• Advising on stamp duty, property registration, and title-related matters

Drafting and vetting property documents including

• Lease Deeds
• Sale Deeds
• Agreements to Sell
• Joint Development Agreements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,764.32 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
