Description of the Role
Jenn Smira & Co. is seeking a highly capable, detail-oriented, and execution-driven Chief of Staff to work directly alongside Founder and CEO Jenn Smira. Prior real estate experience is required, and an active real estate license is a plus, though not required for the right candidate.
This is a high-trust, right-hand role focused on supporting Jenn’s day-to-day priorities at the highest level. It requires strong real estate knowledge, sound judgment, and the ability to operate with discretion in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
The ideal candidate brings a balance of operational excellence and professional polish, with the ability to anticipate needs, think ahead, and execute with minimal direction. This role is essential in allowing Jenn to remain focused on relationships, business development, and top-level strategy, while ensuring everything behind the scenes runs seamlessly.
Role Overview
In close alignment with Jenn, this individual will:
- Act as a trusted extension of Jenn across daily priorities and workflows
- Drive execution across active listings and transactions behind the scenes
- Maintain organization, clarity, and momentum across multiple moving pieces
- Protect Jenn’s time and ensure priorities are aligned and executed efficiently
- Support a consistent, high-level client experience through strong internal execution
Core Responsibilities
- Manage Jenn’s calendar and inbox with a high level of precision and prioritization
- Oversee and track transactions and listing workflows to ensure timelines and deliverables are met
- Support listing preparation and overall readiness for market
- Prepare contracts, agreements, and key documentation
- Coordinate with agents, vendors, and third-party partners
- Prepare materials, analyses, and market data to support overall strategy and decision-making
- Ensure consistent follow-through across all details to keep priorities moving forward
Who We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 plus years of real estate experience required
- Strong understanding of contracts and the full deal lifecycle
- Exceptionally detail-oriented with a high level of accountability
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Discreet, trustworthy, and able to handle sensitive information
- Proactive and solutions-oriented with the ability to anticipate needs
- Strong communicator with excellent follow-through
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
- Growth-minded with a desire to operate at a high level within a top-producing team
Compensation
Competitive Salary plus Performance Bonus

Pay: $75,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
