The Opportunity We are seeking a career Executive Assistant with a sophisticated legal background to support the General Counsel in our Washington, DC office. You will act as the "right hand" to legal leadership, managing complex calendars, board-level communications, and sensitive government-related documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Legal & Executive Liaison: Provide elite-level support to the General Counsel, including drafting, proofreading, and editing complex legal correspondence and board-level documents.

  • Complex Orchestration: Manage high-density Outlook calendars, coordinate intricate domestic/international travel, and develop detailed itineraries.

  • Board & Event Coordination: Lead the logistical planning for Board of Trustees meetings and high-profile organizational events.

  • Technical Trouble-Shooting: Act as a first-line resource for executive technology, including VPN, Zoom, Microsoft 365, and DocuSign.
