Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with qualified leads provided by the company and convert them into successful transactions.
• Manage client relationships, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice to clients.
• Negotiate deals and prepare necessary documentation.
• Utilize CRM Bitrix for lead management and reporting.
• Stay updated with market trends and DLD/RERA regulations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of proven experience as a Real Estate Agent in Dubai, UAE.
• Strong understanding of the Dubai property market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• RERA certification is a plus.
