Providential Property Management Company is seeking a skilled and client-focused Facility Management Supervisor to oversee and advise on a range of residential and commercial property investments across Abu Dhabi and the broader UAE market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) for both residential and commercial properties.
- Plan and schedule Preventive Planned Maintenance (PPM) activities for all AMCs.
- Communicate effectively with tenants and property owners to address their requirements.
- Organize and manage the work schedules of the AMC team.
- Conduct technical and feasibility studies, including site inspections and investigations.
- Utilize various software tools to develop detailed project designs and plans.
- Prepare job specifications and oversee the tendering and bidding process.
- Perform complex calculations to support design and development.
- Identify and resolve design and engineering challenges efficiently.
- Coordinate procurement and timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Ensure all projects comply with legal, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor project progress to ensure completion within timeframes and budgets.
- Evaluate sustainability and environmental impact throughout project execution.
- Identify and pursue new project opportunities, gather market intelligence, and lead tendering and bidding efforts.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations to explain company products and services to potential clients.
- Build and manage customer relationships by identifying prospects, establishing accounts, and maintaining strong connections.
- Source quotations from sub-vendors and subcontractors as required.
- Review and interpret tender documents; seek clarification when needed.
- Collaborate with design engineers to ensure customer specifications are met.
- Work closely with estimation teams to finalize costing, submit quotations, and provide timely pricing.
- Recommend process improvements and cost reduction strategies based on product or service analysis.
- Anticipate client needs and propose tailored solutions or alternative approaches.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in property management, portfolio consulting, or real estate advisory, preferably in the UAE
- Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi real estate market, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use sectors
- Experience with UAE property legislation, ownership structures, and freehold/leasehold frameworks
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and property management software
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage
- Valid UAE Driving License.
